-He will suggest improvements which will enhance the value of your house.

-Adam will explain your role in the selling process in order to maximize your selling price and minimize inconveniences to you.

-He will make all the necessary arrangements to market your property for sale on the MLS, with a complete photographic suite, or virtual tour uploaded to the web with your permission.

-He will create a dedicated web site for your property with photos, floor plans (as available), survey (as available) and textual information.

-He provide a unique mapping service of all sales and listings in your area.

-He will have installed the award winning Bosley "For Sale" lawn sign and distribute  information to over 100 Bosley sales people and other interested parties.

-He will distribute "just listed" cards throughout your neighbourhood as appropriate and establish an advertising program appropriate for achieving our objective.

-With your approval, Adam will schedule open houses for Real Estate Board members and potential buyers, and follow up on each showing in order to keep you informed on a regular basis.

-Adam will negotiate agreements of purchase and sale and assist lawyers, lending institutions, appraisers and other agencies in co-ordinating all documentation required to complete the sale of your home.

-He will thank you for entrusting the sale of your home, in partnership, with us.
